It may not be a “four” letter word, but it certainly deserves the same snub of society. During this down time, everyone is trying to figure out how they are going to promote themselves coming out of this, but few people are focused on “fixing” what is broken.

Speaking from years leading creative and branding teams, it’s amazing how many times I’ve been asked to bend the rules of a brand guideline. It often makes me think, do people really understand how important these rules are?
